Awards season has arrived, (Hurrah!) and the Golden Globes most definitely kicked it off in style.
With winners including Kate Winslet for her amazing performance in "Mildred Pierce" & the outstanding Octavia Spencer for her Supporting role in the hit film "The Help" it truly was a night of celebrations.
Check out my red carpet picks below:
One of the most obvious trends on the red carpet last night was Bridal Chic. With a year of weddings just gone by - Royal Wedding, Kim Kardashians 72 day extravaganza - its no surpise that the bridal trend is the must have red carpet look this season.
GORGEOUS IN GREEN
So I was asked to work on the "House of Dereon" Private catwalk in partnership with Selfridges London in September and I can safely say it was definatly the highlight of my career so far!
The show didn't start until around 8pm (of course it started fashionably late!) however I and the rest of the gigantic team had to arrive at 12.45 promt! To cut a long story short it was an extemley exciting day, the House of Dereon collection is absoloutley amazing and of course meeting the QUEEN of music that is Beyonce was fabulous! Shes so petite in real life, as I expected her to be quite tall, but shes flawless - literally!
Prayer & thanks led by Ms Tina Knowles before the show started
The collection is made up of “tribal cues with edgy silhouettes” and was displayed by models clad in floating skirts with bold make-up in what was described as “an exotic vibe.”
Spotted on the front row were, to support Beyonce were the likes of Dionne Bromfield, Tinchy Stryder, Jaime Winstone, Rosario Dawson (who looked flawless!), Rochelle & Vanessa of the Saturdays, Wretch32, Chipmunk, Labrinth, and squeezed in the corner with a rather large haired woman was Sam & Billie Frairs of TOWIE.
House Of Dereon is available at Selfridges and Lipsy, and will be available elsewhere very soon so keep your eyes peeled!
Just a quick one to say sorry for the lack of blogging, I literally just haven't had the time, but after getting a bit of a telling of at Fashion week last night, I thought hey! Let me jump back on the ol' blog train. So all aboard!
Rejoice! Rejoice! Forever 21 has FINALLY hit British soil!
As one of my favourite American stores (of which I have absoultly no trouble spending many dollars in when I'm over) I for onewas over the moon when I heard we would be getting a flagship store in London. However why Birmingham got a branch before us is beyond me.
So I attended the fabulous Launch party just over a week ago, held at quite a cool space is Central London. Such a vibrant atmosphere inside, and may I say very creative, from the teepee bars (featuring Karl Largerfeld Dietcoke bottles!) , to the fortune teller caravans and most notably the American style ambulance food van!

The stunning Raquel Zimmermann takes part in a hotel affair with Ben Hill for the fall 2011 Jimmy Choo campaign.
Humorous yet classy, I think its great and superbly shot by the amazing Stephen Meisel.
Joey Essex, one of the stars of hit reality tv show "Only Way Is Essex" has launched his own clothing range, that will be sold exclusivly at Selfridges.
The "Joey Essex Collection" includes casual t-shirts featuring the reality star's infamous slogan's, 'Look Reem, Smell Reem, Be Reem' along with other popular slogan's from the show.
With prices starting at £30, I'm sure all the die hard TOWIE fans will be wearing these in no time!
I quite fancy the "I love Essex Boys" t-shirt for my self!
Remember - Keep calm and stay Reem!
